SONarchitect has become an important part of our approach in building acoustics. We particularly value the combination of intuitive modelling, fast calculations, and clear graphical results. It allows us to assess the acoustic performance of an entire building efficiently, identify potential weaknesses at an early stage, and evaluate different construction solutions before decisions are finalized.
One of the main advantages for us is the ability to compare alternatives and understand the contribution of different transmission paths. This makes it easier to optimize solutions and find the right balance between acoustic performance, construction requirements, and project cost. We can also evaluate different materials and construction systems within the project and identify where acoustic improvements will have the greatest impact.
